Yes — we provide in-studio treatments and sell professional skincare both online and in-suite.

• How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location but generally take 3–7 business days once shipped.

• Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! You may select “Local Pickup” at checkout and pick up your order at our San Pedro studio during scheduled business hours. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.

• How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

• What if my package is lost or damaged?

Please contact us at Amanda@skinfluence-esthetics.com within 5 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or is missing items.

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened or used.

• Can I return or exchange unopened items?

Yes — unopened and unused products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

• How do I start a return?

• Are your products cruelty-free and pregnancy-safe?

Most of our lines are cruelty-free and offer pregnancy-safe options. Always check product descriptions or email us for personalized recommendations.

We offer complimentary skin consultations to help you choose the best regimen for your skin concerns.

We proudly offer professional-grade lines such as iS Clinical, Hydrinity, Epicutis, FactorFive, and Face Reality.

• How can I book a facial or consultation?

Booking is available directly through our online scheduling system (linked in our main menu).

• What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee.

• Do you offer digital gift cards?

At this time, gift cards are only available for online purchase through our booking site.
